You can smell gas
Do not touch light switches or anything electrical. Open doors and windows, get everyone outside, and if the smell is strong call Evoenergy on 13 19 09, or 000 if anyone is at risk. Then call us.
The hot water has stopped
Check whether the pilot light has gone out, or whether the isolation switch at the unit has tripped. If it has power and still runs cold, give us a ring.
A drain or toilet is backing up
Stop running water on that line and do not flush again, which is what causes the overflow. Then call and we will clear it properly.
